Test and Interview
1. General Requirements

Indonesian citizens with a degree from an accredited university (State, Private, or foreign recognized by the Ministry of Education).

Accreditation A = 4 points, B = 3 points, C = 2 points, D = 1 point.

Foreign citizens must have a study permit from the Ministry of Education and be proficient in Indonesian.

For Specialist Programs:
-
Maximum age 35 (40 for Internal Medicine, with up to 3 attempts).

Hold a Registration Certificate (STR).
-
Pass health examination.
-
Academic Requirements (Mandatory)
-
General Practitioner diploma.
-
GPA ? 2.75 (if <2.75 must include supervisor’s recommendation).

TOEFL ? 500 or IELTS ? 5.0 (may be completed before comprehensive exam).

Academic Potential Test (TPA) ? 500.
-
Submit a research proposal.

Pass entrance exam.
Administrative Requirements

PTT/extension/completion certificate.

Health & Age Requirements (Mandatory)

Medical certificate from FK UNUD/RSUP Ngoerah.

Pass psychology & psychiatry tests.

Maximum age: 35 (regular), 40 (non-regular with special recommendation).

Not totally color blind.
-
Free from serious chronic/infectious diseases.
Additional Requirements

Academic achievement (cum laude/exemplary doctor).

Service experience (civil servant/military/PTT).
-
ATLS/ACLS/PTC/ECG certification.

Scientific publications (if any).

Teaching experience.
-
Computer literacy (with certificate if available).
-
Relevant recommendations (military or remote area).
2. Postgraduate Registration

Application letter (4 copies for Collegium, Faculty, PPDS TKP, Department).

Required attachments: application forms, biodata, legalized diploma & transcript, PTT documents, employer’s approval, IDI recommendation, police clearance, medical certificate, proof of payment, rejection letter (if previously applied).

Additional: TOEFL ? 450 or IELTS ? 6.0, financial commitment letter, awards/certificates, seminar certificates, achievement-based recommendations.
Online Registration Flow

Register via UNUD website.
-
Fill in biodata (personal info, study program, education, scholarship).
-
Print biodata ? registration number issued.
-
Pay registration fee (Rp850,000 doctorate / Rp700,000 master/professional).
-
Receive exam number from the bank.
-
Submit documents to the committee.
3. Selection Process

Administrative selection ? successful applicants invited.
-
Departmental selection by committee (heads, coordinators, professors, staff).
-
Assessment includes: mandatory & additional requirements, achievements, publications, teaching, service, computer skills, certifications, recommendations, academic potential, professionalism, communication.

Process includes: document screening, written exam, interview.
4. Examination Subjects

TOEFL (10%) ? score: Master/Professional ?500, Doctorate ?550.

TPA (20%) ? score: Master ?500, Professional ?450, Doctorate ?500.
-
Basic Competency Test (40%) ? field-specific subjects (70% if no interview).
-
Interview (30%).
5. Tuition Fees
The tuition fee for each student is determined by the university.
6. Admission Capacity
The Internal Medicine Specialist Program of FK UNUD admits approximately 12 students per semester.
7. Admission Decision
The admission decision is based on Basic Competency Test, interview, TPA, TOEFL, and complete documents.
Final decisions are made in a meeting attended by the Rector, Vice Rector I, BAA, coordinators, and sub-coordinator leaders, chaired by the Rector.
The Rector’s decree establishes the results, which are valid and cannot be contested.
